Agreement:

BOCO Life Coaches and Clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Information:

BOCO Life and Client agree that the information provided by BOCO Life coaches is for educational and informational purposes only. BOCO Life coaches are not providing medical or professional advice.

BOCO Life and Client agree that BOCO Life coaches aim to accurately represent the information provided in their emails, programs, services, and products. However, BOCO Life and Client agree that BOCO Life coaches are not responsible for any results that Client or Client's family and children achieve, and that they are solely responsible for their own health and well-being.

BOCO Life and Client agree that BOCO Life coaches are not doctors, nutritionists, or registered dietitians. BOCO Life coaches do not claim to help cure any condition or disease. Any products recommended by BOCO Life coaches are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

BOCO Life and Client agree that BOCO Life coaches expressly disclaim responsibility to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly as a result of the use, application, or interpretation of any material provided to Client as the client.

BOCO Life and Client agree that all program purchases and contracts are binding and that BOCO Life coaches do not offer refunds for coaching services rendered. This policy is in place to ensure that Client is fully committed to their coaching. When refunds are an option, client's can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door mentality. this is no conducive to our client's successful development. It is to our client's benefit to decide before purchasing a program or package and committing.

BOCO Life and Client agree that the client and the company acknowledge flexibility in scheduling conflicts, from both parties with a minimum of 24 hour notice, unless there's an emergency.

2. Confidentiality

Both Client and BOCO Life agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, health information, and any other information that is not publicly known.

BOCO Life coaches may only share information with other BOCO Life coaches or staff if it is necessary to provide coaching services to Client. BOCO Life coaches will not share information with any third parties without Client's written consent.

Client may only share information with BOCO Life coaches if they are comfortable doing so. BOCO Life coaches will not pressure Client to share any information that they do not want to share.

Client and BOCO Life agree to abide by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.
